Overview
The NBP0908 cruise from 19 November to 19 December 2009 marked the third cruise of the cDrake field program. Data from the CPIES was acoustically telemeterd to the ship. CTD hydrocasts at each CPIES site were conducted and coincident velocity profiles were measured by the LADCP. Problem CPIES were replaced. The three current meter moorings, two on the Patagonian shelf and one off Livingston Island, were recovered. A new calibration mooring was deployed.
